      Pros

      Most importantly, all around good people to work with and fosters a very comfortable work atmosphere. Working on a diverse range of ideas and projects invites unique challenges and diversifies skillsets, keeps work interesting and engaging. Very flexible and keeps open channels of communication. Overall a great place to work.

      Cons

      Hours can vary depending on available projects. Newer company so will not have the same benefits of a more established one. Most employees work remotely so coordination between timezones is sometimes difficult.

      - opportunities to take on new responsibilities - always something new to learn (the company works with cutting-edge mobile and web technologies) - everyone is doing their best, so you kind of have to follow suit - for those of us who need a little push to keep our A game on.

      - mostly distributed team means you'd have to remain flexible with your working hours

      Pros

      Topflight Apps helped me grow professionally. I have been given the trust that I needed to get things done and work without looking over my shoulders. Joe is a great leader who knows how to set clear expectations and provide support in order for the marketing team to achieve its goals.

      Cons

      Can't think of any. I never had issues with the management.
