-management hangs out with associates outside of the workplace-meaning your personal relationship is based on how you will be scheduled. Having a personal relationship with a superior is very inappropriate and is not professional in any manner. -management will make you stay after your scheduled time, and it does not matter to them if you have an outside life. I.E. whether its picking up your kids, you're not feeling well, or someone in your family member needs physical attention, it does not matter. Either choose between your job, or your personal responsibilities. - Over time pay is not a time and a half. They like to pay us however they want for more work. Have an outside life? Well, you better pick between a bad schedule or your life outside of work.
