Pros
Most of the managers and people that work there are generally nice and fun to work with. The interview process is a lot of fun and the training is good.
Cons
The shifts are way too long for the service industry. A normal shift there is about 8 hours, but they can be up to about 11 hours. That's not a double, but one shift can be 11 hours. They are also tend to be bad about giving employees breaks and for those long shifts you get pretty hungry and tired and you need that break.
