Easy cake lazy job where there little to no maintenance being done proactively
Cons
Poor management, especially the facilities manager. He likes to hear himself talk more than actually doing work or doing his job. Worst hourly pay I’ve seen in over a decade. Zero paid holidays, poor benefits. Management puts on a good show at first but it doesn’t take long to realize how poor the system is there.
