You’ll become an expert in pivoting.

Cons

Do not be fooled. What looks good on the surface is anything but. People will smile to your face and lie behind your back — snakes in disguise. The dishonesty, the manipulation, the way they twist things to serve their own agenda? Unbelievable. If you value honesty, integrity, or even basic decency — run. This isn’t just a bad experience, it’s a warning sign wrapped in false promises. Trust was broken, respect was nonexistent, and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. You’ve been warned.

Remote work, code base and overall system architecture were not bad.

Cons

I had worked there for almost two years when it was bought by a US private equity fund. All the local employees were laid off except for two people.

Pros

The culture was good, but they’ve since gotten rid of their head of HR who made the culture so great.

Cons

Everything was urgent, the product was so poorly engineered at a fundamental level that it’s not scalable or robust enough to serve clients adequately. Nothing is documented, so you’re on your own for training.
