Some team members are lovely and are trying their hardest

Cons

Everything is on fire, no processes, no training, no happy customers, can’t do your actual job correctly. Management style leaves a lot to be desired. Huge turnover makes a lot of sense, existing employees need some major care and attention as all they do is fire fight
