      There is a reason people work here for so long!

      Pros

      When I first started, I couldn't believe the number of multi-decade employees that worked here. The reason is because it is a great place to work. The work is challenging, but the pay-off is rewarding. Everyone has an incentive to produce quality products for the clients. Topographic is not a place to be for a time, you will not last. Personal initiative and drive is expected...and encouraged!

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of any that aren't worse at other places. Maybe they are too flexible.

      Pros

      Willing to hire almost anyone at anytime despite experience or background.

      Cons

      Willing to fire anyone no matter how long they have been with the company and for any reason. Preferable fire dates being right before benefits kick in, right before bonus payouts, and or during holidays.
