      Excellent benefits, flexible hours, semi-relaxed atmosphere, work hard/play hard mentality, firm believers in organic job advancement, supportive and enjoyable co-workers

      occasionally during really busy days, you go to work when it's dark outside and get home when it's dark outside

      Topographic encourages its employees to reach the highest level of professional achievements and offers educational assistance programs for those who wish to advance their professional careers. Along with their benefits that are well above industry standards every employee is treated like family

      Pros

      Topographic pays well, really cares about their employees, the profit sharing bonuses are paid monthly and their culture is that of family run business. Love being a part of this team and working at a company where I can have a real impact.

      Cons

      Education is really pushed and paid for however they don't have much of training program and its really up to each employee to be self-motivated and seek training on their own. Again, Topographic will pay for it but its up to the individual to be proactive.
