Pros

Topographic pays well, really cares about their employees, the profit sharing bonuses are paid monthly and their culture is that of family run business. Love being a part of this team and working at a company where I can have a real impact.

Cons

Education is really pushed and paid for however they don't have much of training program and its really up to each employee to be self-motivated and seek training on their own. Again, Topographic will pay for it but its up to the individual to be proactive.

Pros

When I first started, I couldn't believe the number of multi-decade employees that worked here. The reason is because it is a great place to work. The work is challenging, but the pay-off is rewarding. Everyone has an incentive to produce quality products for the clients. Topographic is not a place to be for a time, you will not last. Personal initiative and drive is expected...and encouraged!

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any that aren't worse at other places. Maybe they are too flexible.
