Fast-paced, challenging work. Friendly atmosphere and encouragement for profession growth. Great pay (monthly bonuses for regular full-time employees). Educational assistance, competitive benefits.

PTO - there is no sick leave but there is a company paid short-term disability benefit.

Freedom theirs lots of it, this has been one of the best jobs of my life if you love the outdoors this is for you this is a great company that seems to care about the employees.

Cons

The lack of communication between the field and office would be the only thing i would have to complain about.
