The schedule offers a degree of flexibility,and the company has great mid and lower level employees.

Cons

Navigating company culture can be difficult. Compensation is below market value and monthly bonuses are based on personal connections, not performance.

Cons

It is hard work and not for everyone. This industry is tough sometimes. Clients can be extremely demanding and everyone feels the pressure.
