Honestly the best company I have ever worked for! You are treated more like family than just an employee. I like that you are not micromanaged here. Management is great when it comes to your needs or flexibility in your schedule. There is always room for growth from within the company. Topographic takes care of their employees, and your hard work is definitely rewarded.

Cons

Deadlines can get a little crazy.

Great company. They are willing to invest in their employees. They pay for school and openly encourage you to go and/or get licensed. Supervisors and upper leadership are amazing and have a sense of understanding about what their employees are going through. Benefits are probably the best I have seen Ton of pto

Pros

The drive for excellence and improvement is what I really enjoy about working here. Management recognizes employees who are motived and work hard and they are usually the ones considered when advancement opportunities arise. Bonus and freedom to innovate are a welcome change from past employers

Cons

The hardest thing about working here is that sometimes it can go from slow to extremely busy in the blink of an eye.
