Pros

We have recently had an exciting shake up on the Executive Level at the organization with clearer direction and more opportunity for employees to step up. I have been granted a chance to work with leadership now on a daily level and outlook is much brighter in my opinion and I'm honestly more excited about this company then I have been in years AND salaries are being increased across the board.

Cons

It's a growing company and we all have 1 title, but wear multiple hats which can make things difficult to balance.
