Great company culture, everyone is super supportive and there is lots of mobility. If you are passionate about something and want to explore that further then TopstepTrader provides you the opportunity to do so. They invest in your development as a professional and person.

Cons

Not a whole lot of cons honestly, the job can be less structured so you have to take initiative on things from time to time.

Work life balance Relaxed work environment Medical benefits are pretty legit (trust me I have taken advantage of it) Access to Exec's They let us bring our dogs to work Work from home Summer Fridays Mission of the company is the whole reason I am here

- Career progression is hard to see at times - Young company still learning what is needed - Bonus incentives tend to be unclear in the beginning

Pros

The people here are smart, hard working, kind, and fun. The leadership is transparent and values mentoring , coaching, and emotional intelligence. They actively give employees exposure to all levels of leadership, and they go beyond an 'open door policy' to having real relationships with their teams. All the fun team events are great, too!

Cons

Nothing major.. The two weeks of the year that I have kitchen duty is probably the worst thing I can think of..
