Great Benefits - 401k match, Employee owned (ESOP), Great healthcare/Dental/Vision coverage. The company is small but growing quickly and is focused on the employees.

Cons

I would like to see an improved leave policy to closer match the Federal employees we work with. Although, I do understand this is dependent on the Contract.
