Torch is a great company with very competitive benefits, a lot of support for their employees, and many interesting opportunities. Everyone I work with is passionate about being the best and pushing the envelope for smart change and progress.

Cons

Sometimes people are a little TOO into the culture.

Esop, good managers, good work.

Cons

If you need to use FMLA, LOWP, or STD, have fun with the contradictions. I was denied FMLA at first because my hours were miss-calculated, and only after reviewing my last 52 weeks of timesheets could I dispute this. But it doesn't stop there. They also are making me go -32 PTO to use these benefits, even though this is not listed anywhere in the policy documents on the intranet. Just Awful!!
