      They are an employee-owned business so you can have a portion of your paycheck used to buy stock in the company which has been increasing at a really good rate every year.

      Cons

      The work doesn't feel very rewarding as there are almost no levers to be pulled with exceptional employee performance.

      Advertises paid military leave but the reality is Military leave is unpaid, especially if you make anywhere close to your salary on the military side.
