      Pros

      Torch is an all-around excellent organization. I have been here for about 9 years now and continue to be impressed by the commitment to the individual that exists at all levels of management here. The amount of time, effort, and funding that goes into promoting a positive workplace culture and work/life balance is certainly impressive. This company realizes that its employee-owners are its greatest asset and makes sure to promote that with its actions. * Employee stock option plan (ESOP) * Competitive salary and benefits package * Torch HELPS charity * Young professionals focused activities * Company sponsored family activities (movie nights, children's Christmas party, etc.) * Growing company with many opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Torch has experienced impressive growth over the last several years, so there has been the occasional "growing pain" in certain areas. The company works diligently to address these issues and has always been open to suggestions in all areas of management.

      Torch is a 100% employee owned medium sized business with excellent leadership, growth opportunities and benefits

      Cons

      limited to defense contracts. you are limited in the IT world by strict government security.
