Pros

ESOP program is great. PTO is generous compared to other local contractors. Interview process was very laid back and straightforward. Onboarding process was very quick as well.

Cons

Much of the culture is centered around the Huntsville, AL office so it can feel a bit isolating. Job experience will be heavily dependent on the position and the office you work in.

- dod work is extremely slow moving - low salary and minimal raises/no bonuses - performance reviews are meaningless, hard work gets you nowhere
