The employee and holiday events were well-organized and enjoyable. Compensation was satisfactory.

Cons

A high level of micromanagement and concerns regarding HR fairness and consistency. In some instances, roles were filled without clearly defined missions or scope, placing the burden on employees to establish direction and deliverables. Additionally, raising documented concerns about leadership effectiveness did not appear to be handled constructively, and there were adverse employment outcomes following such escalations.

Pros

Some are very smart and friendly. Some... Great mission and wonder ideas. Good job security for a contractor.

Cons

The Lawton location is deeply flawed and I doubt an engineer will last more than two years there. HR is absolutely toxic, silently. Incompetent leadership at lower levels will cost this company, if it hasn't already. Small companies have a hard time competing with larger companies regarding benefits. Do not go to HR for accomodations, ever.
