Good culture. I was on a small, fun team of people I generally got along with; it functioned well and we got good results. Compared to other companies, upper management/executives didn't feel too oppressive. Could be flexible with work schedule when needed, so long as you hit 40h/wk.

Cons

Pretty pointless push to be in-office for jobs that could have easily been remote.
