* Good management - very professional (they know what they are doing). * Co-workers - every one at Torii (including higher management) is very friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. * Work culture - everyone cares about Torii and what they are doing and want to make the best product possible. In addition there is full transparency in the company and higher management always are open to listening to your ideas.
