A lot of opportunity to make an impact. As the startup is small, everyone is being heard and initiatives are welcomed. There is a spirit of collaboration and trust.

Pros

Torii is an amazing company with a great atmosphere and an awesome team. The management are making great efforts to push the company forward while helping us to maintain good work/life balance. All employees are treated equally and are given the chance to make an impact. They practically make you feel like a true part of the company’s success.

Pros

The best parts of Torii are the coworkers, product, customers and management. So it might be everything. Our product is amazing and solves real problems for our amazing customers. Everyone at Torii wants to help each other and cares about the customers. Our management knows what they are doing and cares about all of us. Bottom line - I love working here and it is a great place to be. It is amazing to see how each one of us is helping our customers, the product and each other.

Cons

It is a fast paces environment that comes with a fast growing company that will not be a fit for everyone. There is chaos that will go away but it is something we have to navigate through and can be exciting.
