Pros

First of all the culture, it is a very healthy company, that is doing its best to make us happy :) Secondly, the people, everyone is good and want to help with a big smile. Thirdly, our product is very interesting, almost every day I learn something new; internal knowledge and new technologies because it is a very wide software.

Cons

There is uncertainty and risk as you have in all Startups and growth-stage companies. But I believe in the Product and think that it will become the number one SAAS management product, therefore I want to be there when it happens :)
