- A real emphasis on work-life balance. - Focused vision and alignment within the company to reach company goals. - Agile thought process and a lot of room for personal input and impact. - High quality employees, both professionally and as people :) Really good people to work with. - Very interesting product and market fit, with lots of challenges left to overcome.

Cons

- Small headcount + flat org structure doesn't leave much room for professional development if you're looking to get into management.

Great people and culture. Great product and exciting product space - there is a lot to discover, learn and do. Everyone is open to new ideas, and there is a true startup atmosphere - you can literally build a lot from scratch.

Cons

As in any startup, there are up and downs. If you are looking for a place to stay till you are retired, this is probably not the best place for you.
