Company provided computer equipment to work remote.

Cons

Don't be a free thinker. Don't share your frustrations about training program, trainers, or lack of timely support when you're on a chat or call. The "open door, no retaliation" policy is subjective. I shared the stress and frustration of all of us in my training group. I'm on employment now. The reason? Poor performance.
