Pros

Nothing positive to say, worked here for less than 6 months and had the worse experience. And it gets worse everyday. Currently looking for a better company to utilize my skills.

Cons

Training sucks, management is unapproachable or knowledgeable. Half of management have never been in management before. No activities or employee engagement. No room for advancement. Company is new and going down hill fast. HR repeats everything you report.

Pros

Some of the co workers stick together and help each other out. Assistance with training or job qualities comes within the co workers and not management.

Cons

This company has gone downhill since certain changes. Management and VP status have made it a hostile environment to work in. Once you have been targeted by a certain group of people who want to see you fail you feel like you cannot do anything right and when you feel you are doing amazing you are brought back down.
