Small company with lots of turn over

Pros

Good product potential. Potential for the business to grow if they could utilize good management practices. Nice, clean and quiet community.

Cons

Always short handed due to constant firings. Lots of turn over. Very little regard for worker or environmental safety. The employee handbook is even very negative to workers and not followed by the owner or management. No long term employees other than upper management. Very minimal benefits available.

Pros

Paycheck always cleared. Your product made it to you in time for you to deliver....most of the time (51%).

Cons

Just about everything else. H U G E turnover means a LOT. You deliver an item and charge the store a dollar. Your commission is $.12. If you take that item back, you credit the store back their $1.00. You will be charged back the $1.00 but you made $.12? Yeah, they will collect the $.88 that TK lost from that sale, from you. Some weeks, you pay them to work there.
