There is a huge opportunity to build solid foundations with clients and colleagues. The discount can be generous at the right time of the month, but there are restrictions on product. Also, there is an employee sale that is year round, but can be limited in sizes. Tory herself is an inspirational woman who strives to make a change in the world-- with herself and her foundation and in the boutiques.
Cons
The company has sold itself out and is no longer "luxury." There are constant promotions that have caused the company to fall from grace. Constantly the company diminishes its prestige with promotions and pseudo-private sales. Not withstanding, it is not as innovative as it was three years ago. Trivial tasks take priority over selling and goals cannot be met by associates and disciplinary action, including termination, are always on the table.
