Pros

My experience has been good since I've started. Everyone here is extremely welcoming. TB offers great compensation, diversity, a family culture, and also promotes a learning environment. Management is accessible and always willing to listen. Discount is amazing as well.

Cons

Company is growing at a very fast paced, so naturally the work life balance is definitely something that will need addressing.
