Pros

Great if your a manager, you get to make and break the rules. Started out great. 12 days of Tory during the holiday, where u can win prizes. Frequent employee sales.

Cons

Favoritism plays a huge role. Not given direction or told whats expected of you. No room for growth for certain employees.

Pros

- Very generous employee discount. - Employees here are great to work with. - Pays really well. - Everyone is included in a lot of fun activities. - Work/Life Balance is great!

Cons

- Awful management. - The longest retail hours, compared to other retailers I worked for. This was the only retail company or maybe management that would not allow you to take the legal breaks such as a 15 minute break for 6 hours or two 15 minute breaks of working 8 hours. - Manger plays too much favoritism and tries to play the good cop. - Manger discussed other employees problems to other employees, very distasteful. - Manager hangs out in the back and avoids dealing with customers, sends team leads to handle the situation. - No job advancement because they play favoritism.

Pros

-most of the people are great to work with -summer fridays start memorial day through labor day -compensation is fair -growing company, therefore more opportunities (for some not all)

Cons

-some people are plain out rude which makes it embarassing to work with -they promote senior level employees left and right but not assistant levels who do the actual work (dirty work) to get the company running -definitely not luxury retail, more of contemporary side -not enough systems support -hires more senior level employees but not enough assistants -no
