Pros

The company itself really tries to make it feel like there is a team feel, the initial workshops when opening the store were very nice and the corporate team was very friendly. The benefits are also decent.

Cons

At the end of the day its your immediate management that makes or breaks your experience, and i felt like in all surrounding stores we had an issue with managers that killed the experience for everyone. The uniform is also not great.

Good retail job

Pros

It’s a good retail job for the pay. When you have your regular clients they make it enjoyable. Product discount is awesome too

Cons

Have to wear a bunch of hats to do everyone’s job. Communication is not the best. Have a max on employee discount where they won’t raise it even when product pricing goes up
