I have been with Tory Burch for 7+ years and have personally experienced professional growth for myself, my peers, my supervisors and own my direct reports. This Company prioritizes internal promotion, highly focused on investing in people development. The culture is founded on our Buddy Values and this has held true during these tumultuous times, which I feel says a lot. Tory, herself is still so highly involved, which truly creates a strong connection and bond for both the internal and external customer of the brand. The people I have met while working here are of the most passionate, intelligent and FUN people I have ever had the pleasure of working alongside. I am grateful to continue to be a part of this highly desirable and growing brand and look forward to what is to come.

I am honored to say I am part of this incredible company for a little over 5 years now. Tory Burch has truly allowed me to develop personally and professionally. As an Afghan American girl I always dreamed of working in the fashion industry and Tory Burch as given me the tools and guidance to grow. Tory Burch has also given me the opportunity to work in their New York City Headquarters as part of their summer retail internship program, not only did I have the pleasure to work in luxurious corporate office, but Tory provided me a gorgeous apartment in New York City to live in!! Talk about making a girl's dream come true. If only I could place into words how incredible this brand is, from its core buddy values, to the tremendous love and opportunities. My loyalty will always be with Tory.
