      When I started working for Tory Burch 6 Years ago, I was looking for a strong culture and values that were in alignment with mine. My first days and year, I was an awe and couldn't believe it. Felt like I was living a dream! This is by far The Most Amazing Company I have worked for! From Work Life Balance, Woman Empowerment to Our Buddy Values and how we conduct ourselves on a daily basis is just incredible! The Leadership, Corporate partnerships and just how welcoming and friendly everyone is; making you feel like part of a Big Family! There is also the internal growth! I have seen Support Associates move up quickly to SA, Supervisors and into Assistant Managers, as well a GM's being promoted to District leaders and beyond. The sky is the limit here! And Benefits!!! AMAZING!!! And to have group of leaders that actually encourage you to take your time off and being sensitive and human in understanding our teams mental health it is just EXTRAORDINARY!

      I really don t have any negatives! If anything to have more trainings in a group setting for AGM's such as a GMC for AGM's would be nice!:)

      - Fast-paced, energetic and creative environment. - The people - I have had the sincere pleasure of working with and for so many kind, thoughtful, intelligent, witty, passionate and inspiring individuals. - The culture - at the center of Tory Burch are our Buddy values, which ground us in our purpose and mode of operating with our peers and clients alike. Our values and culture are truly our cornerstones at Tory. - The fashion!

      Cons

      - Fast-pace and relative small nature of the company sometimes leads to grey areas. Not everything is prescribed, so if you need consistent, precise direction, you may not thrive as much here. - On the same vein, being able to self-reflect and pivot is also vital. Much of the infrastructure of a great company is still being laid. This inevitably leads to bumps along the way. An agile nature is also key. - Any Cons are a direct result of building and growing. They are unavoidable in any such environment, but the Pros far outweigh.
