      Tory Burch is a company that develops and retains their talent by investing directly in them. They provide lots of great benefits, great connections, and great opportunities to meet people. Our executive leadership team adapts quickly to the the ever changing economy and world events that could potentially impact our business. They are very forward thinking which creates a secure environment for our culture. I have complete confidence in our leadership team! Overall, the culture is warm and you actually feel like you're part of Tory's family. They care deeply care about their employees wellbeing and truly put your family and personal needs first!
