      Tory Burch is a truly great, well-organized place to work. There are frequent touchpoints for new hires to get settled in while navigating a new team and your team genuinely cares about your success! There are ample resources when it comes to product knowledge and training materials, external vendors supporting with career and life coaching, and mentorship. Greatly appreciate the Buddy Values! Fair compensation and a seriously awesome benefits package (employee discount, summer Fridays, sample sales, generous PTO).

      There aren't any glaring cons that come to mind but a work in progress is always prioritizing work/life balance and mental health.

      Pros

      Leaders operate from a place of empathy and no matter your level you have a seat at the table. People go outside of their scope of responsibilities to help you and everyone is incredibly kind. There is a ton of flexibility with scheduling across the board. A great place for working moms or higher education students. The business considers your personal priorities and interest and supports you along the way.

      Cons

      As is with any organization in this industry, for some teams, they have some opportunity around work-life integration/balance and process enhancement. However, senior leadership is receptive to employee feedback and are diligent on coming together to try to find solutions and strive towards improvement.
