Pros

One of the biggest pros working for Tory Burch is that it is a family-run business. We like to think of ourselves as a little family within the brand. We all work extremely close together and the overall work environment is very friendly.

Cons

The hours can be long, depending on the week.

Pros

Good discounts and often provides lunch

Cons

Cut throat! Sales Associates are rewarded for breaking rules. Working hard isn’t good enough. Top sellers aren’t Top Sellers because of work ethic but because they have friends who are bulk buyers and will only shop with them. Management turns a blind eye to their bulk buyers because as long as the cashier breaks up the purchases into multiple cash-only transactions Corporate will never notice.

Decent pay, great discount if you love Tory
