Pros

The culture and people are genuinely kind. Especially given TB is a fashion company, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly people are! Also, b/c we are a founder-led company, everyone is very entrepreneurially-minded and has a can-do attitude. There is no shortage of ideas!

Cons

As we continue to scale and grow the company, we continuously strive to adhere to process and timelines.

Pros

Fantastic culture and collaborative work atmosphere. Partnership among departments is at a high level and allows for quick turnaround on deliverables. Your voice will be heard here regardless of level. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn the retail industry without the bureaucracy of some of the more larger brands. Current leadership is very sound and is helping the brand to grow in a thoughtful way with a focus on protecting and growing brand value by listening to the customer and investing in technology, rather than diluting the brand while chasing short term growth like some other major brands have. Shared service functions such as Technology, HR, Finance and Planning are very well regarded and supported by senior leadership with strong investments in people and processes. HR and company leadership make it a point to gather associate opinions on key topics. Compensation is very fair and competitive....great perks including very generous employee discount / sample sales for employees.

Cons

As in a lot of companies with strong growth, the fast pace can sometimes make it challenging to plan personal commitments.....that said, work from home has given a lot of flexibility. Near-future state is likely a hybrid model but TBD at this time.
