      Pros

      Company culture is about fostering an environment that will allow people to grow. Family & Personal time is important, in past jobs I have always felt guilty to take time off. Incentives are a plus, but when you create and uphold standards, the product is an amazing team and great people to work with.

      Cons

      Retail is a competitive market, especially when you start looking in to the luxury side. I wish we could compensate at a higher rate.

Working in product development is very exciting because we are making the best footwear in the industry. We are using the best materials, creating complex constructions with relentless attention to detail. Tory’s influence is very strong in our culture- we operate with integrity, honesty and kindness in all that we do.
