Pros
There is a real sense of collaboration & partnership among the cross-functional teams. Everyone works extremely hard to achieve the same end-goal objectives. A big part of the reason I have been so happy with my role within the company is due to the several different teams I get to work with on a weekly basis which helps to broaden my knowledge of the business while feeling like a valued contributor
Cons
There is opportunity for the company to continue to improve and streamline processes across teams, as to prevent unnecessary spin and or additional workload. There has already been improvement the last few years I have been with TB, but there is still plenty of improvements that can be implemented that would facilitate in an even better work / life balance culture.
