Nice projects. Good Salary, benefits and employee discount. Good name in the Resume when looking for a change . Opportunity to work in the global headquarter in the same building with the Founder.

Cons

Massive turnover due to a VP micro-managing everything and acting out of fear and pressure. Good professionals have moved to better job environments. As Others mentioned, the Company lacks the HR Tools to evaluate the Department Leaders and for 360 reviews. Talent retention is limited to occasional, and sometimes questionable, promotions or job title change. Lot of positive reviews are from interns, part-time or Store staff. The Corporate is not such a good environment. Cramped office.

Good employee discount. Decent health plans. Free uniforms.

Retail store leadership is unprofessional .From the RD to the GM. Favoritism is rampant. If you do your best to prove you are responsible and hard working it is ignored. My direct managers have been abusive in their language and actions. On the off chance they ask for your opinion, you better agree with them or you are out. I have been threatened and bullied. If you are not in your '20's , thin and pretty - they don't want you representing the brand.
