      The Pay is above industry standard, good employee discount; Foundation work is the bright spot of the company

      1. Reviews are poor and/or suspiciously inconsistent 2. Vision and core values are 'wall art' 3. Feedback is not encouraged or even discouraged 4. Transparency and trust are lacking 5. The family has a heavy hand in business 6. We see many senior leaders come and go within months

      Terrible communication No value for employees and the work they do Unrealistic expectations with no real investment in employees Would definitely not recommend. I have worked for way better companies run by women in fashion industry that provided excellent benefits and support to employees especially women
