Pros

Great Employee Discount, Excellent Training, When working in the outlets as a visual merchandiser, you have freedom to make your own design choices. Allows for creative decisions.

Cons

Regional Management is horrible, very disorganized. Employees are allowed to be late and have many strikes on their record before they are even thought to be fired. Company is so worried about getting a lawsuit for wrongful termination that they let horrible employees stay around.

Pros

Fast-paced environment makes for an exciting and ever-changing day-to-day. Lots of opportunity for learning and problem solving scenarios. Great people culture helps to appease stressful situations. Employees are extremely driven and passionate about the brand. A collaborative mentality runs throughout all departments, with teamwork being center to any and all successes.

Cons

Very demanding hours, with the vast majority of employees putting in >40 hours per week and zero OT compensation. Company lacks any such mentorship programs. Career conversations (re: growth / goals / etc) are consistently unclear and challenging to action on - with unfulfilled promises from Talent team feeling like a reoccurring issue.

Pros

great employee discount and summer fridays make the summers enjoyable. Holiday activities are usually fun. dress code is very casual..so no worries of having the corporate look everyday.

Cons

other than that there is a complete lack of work life balance. if you were there for 24 hours no one would tell you to go home. the atmosphere is work work work work, underpaid for the amount of hours put in on a weekly basis. taking time off is usually a hassle and you must put in double the amount of time before you leave and double or more time when you return just to catch up on work. The company is growing fast, but not enough employees are hired to cover the work load.
