Pros

Discount is great and the store is furnished nicely.

Cons

High pressure sales quotas yet the sales floor employees don't go to the register so often don't get credit for their sales. Management is confrontational and use intimidation techniques during "touch base" meetings which can last over 30 minutes long with awkward silences. They don't assume the best, and act like you're being dishonest. They don't motivate or encourage. They tell you one thing in the interviews, but its a whole different story once you work there. BEWARE!!! Deceptive employment tactics are at work here.
