Pros

Employee discount is great, customers for the most part are awesome, commission during holiday is amazing

Cons

Management, management, management. Schedule wouldn't come out until week of, it's supposed to be a month in advance, I get that's difficult, but att least two weeks would be great. They are very pushy about client base instead of letting it be a natural progression. Very little training and they don't move up from within anymore which makes management awful.

Pros

Great clothes discount and building location

Cons

Very poorly managed and lots of pressure from Senior Management. No team spirit, long hours and challenging work environment.
