      Pros

      Great benefit and salary and vacation time. the problem is you wont have time to take your vacation because you will be so busy. Great website, Tory always updates the employee with what's going on int he company.

      Cons

      Lots of changes around the company. long hours of work. they try to compile the work for 2-3 people to 1 person. it is very stressfull place to work and very unorganized. My direct supervisor did not treat me fairly. She never even recognized all the hardwork and just request more and more from me. it is a place that you can't grow. the HR only care about the image of the company instead of care to their employees.

      The Discount and the caviar trip

      Cons

      The commission was the main bonus for working there but they got rid of commission and replaced it with team bonuses this has caused many sales associates to leave the company. They expect you to do the same hard work for less pay.
