Pros

Loved my team! Though it's hard to find anything else to say. Fast growing company in regards to store openings.

Cons

Poor corporate structure, pay is low, sales are competitive. No communication between corporate to store. Loss of buddy values, lost culture. Everyone is looking out for themselves. No internal promotion.

Pros

Amazing product and good discount.

Cons

Job insecurity they lay off two Co-workers without previous notice they said because their position have been eliminated and after two weeks they open the same position with a different name visual coordinator is visual manager now. They are cutting off commission, even the uniform have to stay at work now.

Pros

My manager was great. Great discounts. Flexible schedule.

Cons

No upward mobility... position allocation depends on the store. Grew too fast for their corporate team to keep up. Lots of perks at the beginning, but those were taken away. It was like things were done backwards.
