Best company I've ever worked for.

Pros

It's like a billion dollar mom and pop company. We're still figuring a lot of stuff out, but some of the best people you'll ever work with. No rigid hierarchy. C-Suiters are just as approachable as associates. Once you get 'in' with everyone the corporate team is like a big group of friends all trying to take the company and the brand to the next level.

Cons

The growing pains you have to deal with in helping the company grow and figure out how to solve the issues inherent working for a billion dollar company that is slightly over a decade old.

Pros

Uniform is provided, excellent bonus (if they are ever made)

Cons

Disorganized management team, no commited HR staff in house, large staff, demanding clients, extremely competitive sales team (yet no commission)
