Pros
The company has good values, which are passed on to the stores for the most part. My managers were always nice and cared for my development, which is rare in the retail industry. They supported my transfer to a different location and were very flexible with my schedule when I moved to start a graduate program.
Cons
As it can be in commission-based environments, the sales floor can get really competitive. I have both experienced and observed sales associates having arguments about it in front of clients, which is obviously unprofessional. Again, I think this happens in every commission-based environment, but still not a pleasant experience for the customer.
