      I have worked in 3 different location and have been able to move up from Sales Support, to Associate to Keyholder in the two years I've worked for the company and have always been impressed with the quality of people I've been able to work with. - After working for the company for 2 years thus far, I can say the company is made up of great quality people who are always striving to do their best for the company, the people they work with, and their customers - The discount is amazing! - The pay is more than fair, the healthcare has great coverage and the time off is ample

      - The company is constantly going through growing-pains, but with the recent new structure seems to be heading in a great direction

      Not a lot of chance for promotion / career growth No chance for overtime Strict budget for employees which limited amount of seasonal employees Not very understanding of employees who are students and prioritize school over their job
